Privacy & Terms
Effective 8 November 2026. This page explains how IntelliCart handles information and the rules for using the service. It has two parts: our Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use.
Privacy Notice
The short version
- Your store data belongs to you. We use it to run your analytics and for nothing else.
- We never sell data, never use it for advertising, and never use one merchant's data to train models for another.
- Disconnect your store and we stop syncing immediately; delete your workspace and the store data goes with it.
- Questions or requests go to [email protected].
Who is responsible
IntelliCart is an analytics service for online stores, operated by Eman Qasim at Jerusalem Street, Al-Bireh, Ramallah 9993900, Palestine (telephone +970 599 334 699). For information about visitors to this website and people who sign up for an account, IntelliCart decides how that information is used. For the store information a merchant connects — including details about that merchant's own shoppers — the merchant decides, and IntelliCart acts on the merchant's instructions as its service provider.
Information we handle
About you, as a user. Your name, business email, company and role when you sign up or book a demo; your login details; and, on paid plans, billing contact details and invoices. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach our servers.
About your store. When you connect a store platform (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Magento), a payment provider, GA4 or an advertising account, we import what is needed for analytics: orders, line items, products, refunds, carts and checkouts, discounts, campaign spend and sessions. This can include your shoppers' names, email addresses, shipping locations and order history. We only request the read access needed to produce reports.
About how the service is used. Technical records such as IP address, browser, pages and features used, and error logs, which help us keep the service secure and working.
Cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent, and declining them does not limit the product.
Why we use it
To build and refresh your reports and answers; to secure accounts and detect misuse; to support you; to bill paid plans and send service notices; and to understand, in aggregate, which features are used so we can improve them. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, your consent (for optional cookies and marketing email), and legal obligations, as relevant to each use.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of vendors to operate the service — cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email and error monitoring — each bound by contract to use data only for that purpose. A current vendor list is available on request. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold, in which case we will tell you first.
Our team is based in Palestine, and our infrastructure may store or process data in other countries. When personal data leaves the UK or EEA, we use recognised transfer safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Store data is kept while your store is connected. If you disconnect a store, syncing stops at once; if you delete your workspace, its store data is erased within 30 days. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or legal obligations require. Statistics that can no longer identify anyone may be kept.
Keeping it safe
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, store credentials are held as encrypted tokens, staff access is limited to what their role requires and is logged, and Enterprise workspaces can enforce single sign-on. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you promptly and notify regulators where the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California and other places with similar laws have equivalent rights, including to know what we collect; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Email [email protected]; we answer within one month and may need to confirm your identity first. If our answer does not satisfy you, the data protection regulator where you live can review it.
Shoppers: if you bought from a store that uses IntelliCart, please contact that store about your data. We will help the store respond, and we act on its deletion requests, including those sent automatically by store platforms.
Children and updates
IntelliCart is built for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we will email account owners or show a notice in the product before the change applies, and update the effective date above.
Terms of Use
Accepting these terms
These terms form an agreement between IntelliCart and the business that creates a workspace. By signing up or using the service you confirm you can bind that business and that you are at least 18. A signed order form, if you have one, takes priority where it differs from these terms.
What we provide
IntelliCart connects to your store and related tools and gives you dashboards, funnels, customer analysis, plain-English questions and alerts. Plan features are listed on the pricing page. The product will evolve; if we retire something that is a significant part of a paid plan, we will give you advance notice.
Plans and payment
Starter is free within its published limits. Growth is charged per user, monthly in advance, after a 14-day trial that needs no card — if you do not choose a paid plan, the workspace moves to Starter when the trial ends. Prices exclude taxes. You can cancel any time and will not be billed again; amounts already paid are not refunded unless the law says otherwise. Enterprise pricing is agreed in an order form.
Your responsibilities
Keep login details private and tell us about any account misuse. Only connect stores and accounts you are authorised to connect, and make sure your own privacy notice tells your shoppers that you use analytics providers. Do not use IntelliCart to break the law, to access other workspaces, to overload or security-test the service without written permission, to copy or reverse-engineer it, to resell it outside your plan, or to build a competing product. We may suspend a workspace that seriously breaks these rules, usually after warning you.
Ownership
Your data stays yours; you allow us to process it only to run the service for you. The software, design and documentation of IntelliCart remain ours. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely. Both of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for this agreement.
Service quality
We work to keep IntelliCart available and accurate and will announce planned maintenance in advance where we can, but outside a written service-level agreement we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Reports reflect the data your connected tools provide, and business decisions based on them remain yours. Apart from what these terms state, the service is provided without further warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100 for free plans. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend the service for serious breach, unpaid fees, or where the law requires. After the service ends you have 30 days to export your reports before the data is erased as described in the Privacy Notice.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, and the competent courts of Ramallah decide any dispute, although either party may ask any competent court for urgent relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property. We will give 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
